You must be 18 or older. One account per person: no second accounts, and none made on someone else's behalf.
Your profile, your photos, and what you tell other people about yourself should be true. That's the whole point of the selfie check.
Treat people with the respect you'd want back. Harassment, threats, and abuse aren't tolerated, on the app or at a meeting you found through it.
We have zero tolerance for harassment, threats, hate, nudity or sexual content, scams, fake profiles, and anyone under 18. Any of these, on the app or at a meeting you found through it, is reason enough for us to close an account.
You can report or block anyone from their profile or their plan. We review every report within 24 hours. The person you report or block is never told.
We can close an account that breaks these terms or the community rules above, misrepresents who someone is, or puts other people at risk.
Overby helps two people find each other and agree on a place and a time. What happens at that meeting is between the two of you. Overby is not a party to it, isn't present, and can't be held responsible for what happens there.
Overby is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and safe to use, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
