A few common questions.
You post a plan, people raise their hand if they're interested, and you pick one. That person gets the exact spot once they confirm. Everyone else's interest just reads as sent, whether you picked someone else or passed.
Overby is for meeting, not messaging. Once you've picked someone, the coordination you need (on my way, running late, can't find you) happens through a short, fixed set of signals, not open-ended chat.
We ask for three quick frames from your camera, compare one of them once against your profile photo, and delete the frames the moment a decision is made, or after 72 hours at the very latest if nobody's gotten to it yet. See Privacy for the full picture.
From Settings, on the profile tab. It removes your profile, photos, any selfie frames on file, your plans, your raised hands, and your sign-in account.
